大迫力の爆裂火口! 八ヶ岳連峰・硫黄岳の絶景登山

八ヶ岳　硫黄岳(いおうだけ)

硫黄岳は、八ヶ岳を構成する一峰で、標高2,760 mの山です。山頂には、直径1㎞深さ550mの巨大な爆裂火口跡があり大迫力の風景です。硫黄岳でも時期によっては「高山植物の女王コマクサ」をたくさん見る事ができます。

Iodake is one of the peaks that make up Yatsugatake and has an altitude of 2,760 m. At the top of the mountain, there is a huge explosion crater with a diameter of 1 km and a depth of 550 m. Depending on the season, you can also see a lot of “Queen of Alpine Plants Dicentra” on Iodake.

登山途中の景色です。だいぶ高い所まで登ってきたので街が小さく見えます。

It is a view during the mountain climbing. The town looks small because I climbed to a high place.

上の写真が「爆裂火口跡」です。断崖絶壁の上に小さく点で見えるのが登山者です。吹き飛んでしまっているようで円形ではありませんでした。凄い迫力に圧倒されました。

The photo above is the “explosion crater mark”. Mountain climbers can be seen as small dots on the cliffs. It seemed to have blown away and was not circular. I was overwhelmed by the great power.

こちらの写真は、爆裂火口後外側の風景。外側からも迫力がありすぎて、怖いくらいです。

This picture shows the scenery outside the explosion crater. There is too much power from the outside, and it’s scary.

こちらの写真は、硫黄岳から見える赤岳方面の景色です。夏山らしい緑の稜線が綺麗です。この日は晴れたり、曇ったり、天気が変わりやすい１日でした。

This photo is the view of Akadake from Iodake. The green ridgeline that looks like Natsuyama is beautiful. It was a sunny and cloudy day, and the weather was easy to change.

下山時は少し雲が出てきてしまいました。山頂は、風が強く真夏でもとても寒かったです。風を通さないレインウェアが大活躍でした。

When I descended, some clouds appeared. The top of the mountain was windy and very cold even in midsummer. Rainwear that did not let the wind through was a big success.
